Summer Snow

Last night some friends and I ventured up to camp along the Mirror Lake Freeway. It was rainy when we set up camp, and it was a little rainy when we took down camp this morning. Our original plans for today were to wake up and drive up to Mirror Lake and do some hiking in that area. As we drove up higher our expectations changed when we found this:

Run Away to the Rockies

I ran away to Colorful Colorado this past weekend. It was a very nice relaxing getaway to visit my cousin Rachel.

We hit up the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.

Spiral Jettiness

Only about 2 hrs north of Salt Lake City is Robert Smithson's Spiral Jetty. I hit it up with my friends Matt and Tyson. It was a good saturday morning activity! (FYI: To get there take a 4 wheel drive to manage some of the dirt roads, and head up towards Promitory Point, UT)
