Tomatoes

I know this could be a deal breaker for some of you people.... But, I am taking my stand. I love tomatoes!!! There is something so satisfying in eating a juicy fresh tomato plain from my mom's garden. I also like tomatoes on my pizza with basil or cilantro. I love tomatoes in a blt sandwich. I love homemade salsa with fresh tomatoes! AND, I love tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. One of the major benefits of eating a fresh tomato, in my opinion, is because tomatoes satisfy my cravings for sweet and salty all at the same time. Who needs chocolate when there is a tomatoes to eat??!!

I do. I need chocolate.

Truth be told.....Just as I was writing the above paragraph, I was eating tomato slices trying to convince myself they would satisfy my sweet tooth craving. Yes, I did find satisfaction in the sweet and salty experience of the tomato....but it just didn't win over my craving. So as I end this post, I am wiping chocolate off of my keyboard and sipping a glass of milk. Chocolate and milk go so well together! If you were to give me a plate of brownies, and the option of icecream or milk, I would say "milk please!" Milk is SO the better choice! I will save my milk is SO much better than icecream discourse for another day.....

A couple of weeks ago in church a talented pianist played a version of this song on the piano...as he played, I thought of all the wonderful places I have ventured to this summer...I am constantly reminded by this world how great my Heavenly Father is, and how he must love us all, to bless us with such a magnificient place here on earth.

(60 seconds, going @ 120 mph -- Air is coming at you so fast they tell you to breathe thru your teeth, all you hear is air rushing by....)

After the Chute was deployed its smooth sailing...just floating down to earth really. You can breathe regularly, talk, and enjoy the scenery!

Landing

Upon landing....I just wanted to go back for more! It was such a fun thrill, I would totally recommend it to anyone interested!

2010- This is going to be our year!
